A limited sliding scale may be available depending on current availability and individual circumstances. Please contact Bright Hope Therapy if cost may be a barrier to care.
Insurance
Bright Hope Therapy is currently completing insurance contracting and credentialing. Accepted plans will be listed here as contracts become active.
Before using insurance
Please do not assume that a plan is accepted until participation is confirmed. Once insurance contracts are active, coverage will still depend on your individual plan and benefits.
Out-of-network benefits
Some insurance plans may include out-of-network mental-health benefits. Your insurer can explain whether those benefits are available and what requirements apply. Reimbursement cannot be guaranteed by the practice.

Know what to expect before treatment begins.
Bright Hope Therapy will review applicable payment and attendance policies before treatment begins. Self-pay fees and any applicable cancellation or no-show charges remain the client’s responsibility as described in the practice paperwork.
