What therapy approaches does Lisa use?
Depending on the client and their goals, Lisa may draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing and body-informed therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles for individuals, and mindfulness-informed therapy.
